Transitioning to Kindergarten

Service Description

Starting Kindergarten or First Grade is a major milestone for children and parents alike. Join us as we discuss how to make the transition as smooth as possible and take into all that goes into beginning the school journey. Topics such as school readiness, routines and self-help skills will be covered. We will also discuss how to respond when the transition has bumps. If you have any questions or concerns about the transition to Kindergarten or Middle School then this session is for you!
