Service Description

What do I need to know and how should I prepare for my birth? In this session couples or individuals, will gain confidence on how to prepare for and what to expect before, during and after your labor and delivery. Some of the areas we will explore are: keeping your pregnancy healthy, options of birth place and provider, creating a birth plan, how to support my partner, preparing for delivery emotionally and physically, and the first weeks afterwards with your newborn.
