Is my information confidential?

Yes, Nurxur does not release any personal information to other clients or other parties without consent.

Can I participate in multiple sessions?

Yes! In fact, Nurxur encourages you to participate in more sessions. There are a wide variety of topics available, and you can even repeat topics if you enjoyed and gained valuable insight from a session.

Can I contact my coach directly?

We can facilitate communication with your coach outside of sessions and of course, you are in direct communication in one-on-one coaching sessions.

Can I have more than one coach?

Yes, when you are ready to sign up for another course, you will have the opportunity to choose the same coach you had before or an entirely different one.

How many people participate in a group coaching session?

Typically, there are usually 8-12 participants in a group session.

Why do I need a coach?

A good coach will meet you where you are, actively listen to understand your aspirations and then work with you to you develop your motivation and strategies to where you want to be.

Can I purchase a session for a family member or friend?

Yes, you can purchase a session for any family members or friends, whom you feel would benefit from the Nurxur community.

If I don’t like a session, will I get my money back?

Here at Nurxur, we have no doubt that you will love our parent coaching sessions. They are powerful and motivating, offering interactive parental and life tips that you wouldn’t be able to get from social media or parent blogs. If you do not enjoy your session or there was a problem, you can contact us and we will do the best we can to resolve it.
