Professional statement
A Michigan native, Erin attended Central Michigan University and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Communication Disorders. She became a preschool teacher and continued as a caregiver when she fell in love with helping families and children and entered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working on early intervention for children between the ages of 2-7.
Erin started her journey as a graduate student at Ball State University, in the interest of ABA with an emphasis in Autism. While working in the clinic, she worked one-on-one with parents and their children. She also helped to run parent training sessions on the basic understandings of behavior and addressed their concerns.
